This A4 pad of pastel paper contains 6 shades of earth colours which work well with a wide range of pastel, charcoal or graphite drawings. This paper has a rough, grainy surface which has a good pigment uptake so is ideal for sketching and drawing where shading and highlighting techniques are used.
Winsor & Newton's pastel paper has a high cotton content and is dyed while in the pulp stage for even colouration, good lightfastness and to preserve the strength and texture of the finished sheets of paper.
